oh...my dog, Honey used to do the same thing...may she rest in peace.
Our kitties used to drink the tree water. Every year we would have to cut the sap balls out of their fur. I always wondered it tree water tastes like a gin and tonic?
It would have to--without the fizz of course.
I think that's why Cheryl won't let us have a real tree anymore; she got tired of tripping over my legs when I was under the tree, drinking.
Ha! That's funny. I can almost picture that...
