Hard-boiled Cookies

Cream butter, sugar and vanilla together.
Add eggs one at a time...oh, crap.

  6. Actually, I make cookies with hard boiled eggs. Yolk only. It makes for a dryer, richer cookie. (I got here through Signe's blog, in case you care.)

  9. You spin it! If it's hard boiled, it will spin quickly. If it is raw, it will spin very slowly and will be wobbly.
