Santa
I don't think we're probably going to "Do Santa" at our house (though I'm not too stressed about it), but I have to say, the temptation to take Shirley to have her picture made with Santa at the mall is almost overwhelming, just because I'm pretty sure it will go SO BADLY.

those poor guys who play Santa every year--what trauma!
We waited over an hour to see the Macy's display...and Santa at the end. Our picture features only 3 out of our 4 kids (Nathan hid in the corner refusing to go within a room's distance of the white bearded fellow) and Courtney was screaming as Santa in all his big red scariness had tried to take her from her sister's arms.) I got a kick out of it though and can't wait to go back next year! Hehe.
