I doubt I will ever fully understand what it's like to be the parent to stay at home with the kids every day. And never have a clue what it would be like growing a baby inside me and taking care of kids at home. I see the fatigue in Naomi's eyes when I get home from work. There are many days I would give anything to be the one to stay home with the girls. I know its easy to want something other than what I have. I'm sorry I cant empathize with you, but I can offer a dad's point of view. As far as vacations go, I think they are work for mommies and daddies.

crud.
That's why mommies need girls-only-no-kids trips once in awhile... :-)
mmmm...roadtrip.
Vacations are work for mommies.
Agreed. Which is why my birthday present to myself is one Amtrak ticket to Seattle ALONE to see my brother and stay one night.
