Hard-boiled Cookies

Cream butter, sugar and vanilla together.
Add eggs one at a time...oh, crap.

Actually, I make cookies with hard boiled eggs. Yolk only. It makes for a dryer, richer cookie. (I got here through Signe's blog, in case you care.)

Do you know how to tell if an un-cracked egg is raw or hard-boiled?

You spin it! If it's hard boiled, it will spin quickly. If it is raw, it will spin very slowly and will be wobbly.
