Right when you first sign in you are at the page called Dashboard. (If you are not on that page, there is a link to your Dashboard in the upper right corner by the Sign Out link). Once you are on your Dashboard page, look at the right side of the page and click on "Edit Profile." Then scroll down to "Photograph" (third item on the pag). You can upload a photo from there.
