Nothing to Say

Really.
Nothing.
No, wait. I do have one thing to say.
It doesn't seem fair that friends and acquaintences can read my blog and know what's going on in my life, but they don't comment and don't keep in touch, so I don't know what's going on in their lives.
Does that seem fair to you?
Just something I've been thinking about.
It's really the only downside to blogging that I can come up with.
Gotta go--I need a slushie.

Mark checking in...when's the next blogquet? I know; we can do it at that Swampy-guy's place. We'll make him whip up a big brunch feast; Erin can just make another dental appointment.

Uh, hi Erin! You're right. You know absolutely nothing about what is going on with me, yet I check your blog and know all of your news. So I'll let you in on something: I turned 40 on Monday.

I've been praying for you since I found out you were expecting. I mostly read your blog so I can update my prayers...not to be a creeper :) Let me know what you think of the book I sent. I thought it was hilarious, but I'm not pregnant...I don't think it's overly offensive. Also, not to worry, you are missing very little by not knowing what is going on in my life, it's very much the same as it has been since I've known you - SCHOOL SCHOOL SCHOOL, and I'm handling it like a champ (if champs cry themselves to sleep at night and curse the day they were accepted into a graduate program). I think it's also important for you to know that I have not singled you out with my lack of communication...it's not my forte. This explains my thoroughly thought-out decision to become a Speech-Language Pathologist and teach children to communicate. God must have a sense of humor. Love, Bia

P.S. I think you should name your baby Richard Charles Desvousges Jr. III. Because people would wonder...
