I was talking with my sister this morning about a frustrating situation when she said,
"They'll bring you down faster than you can bring them up."
I'll leave the rest of the context up to you.
Then, my daily calendar told me.
"To those who by persistence in doing good seek glory, honor and immortality, he will give eternal life." Romans 2:7
Am I seeking glory and honor--or even goodness--in this frustrating situation?
Now I am.

I am proud of you for "being the bigger person...."
Way to honor your heart!
I'm more concerned about God than my heart. No fun!
; )
But you followed your heart....while honoring God!
good girl!
erin! jess just told meabout your blog and I spent the hours of sunday football (intimating that I was actually watching football "Yes, honey! good play!) but really reading your blog. You are hilarious! I laughed out loud several times (oh honey! that was a funny play!!) You have a great eye for seeing the world and then translating it into words. Keep up the good work and keep writing. Sean writes/edits for flakmag.com and dane101.com. Read him sometime if you have the opprotunity. Congrats on the the upcoming new one (and two years of marriage!!!). I know your mom is excited. Being a grandma is the bees knees!
love and best wishes,
